Sync cloud data not working again and again....

NAT type: Moderate

Region : UK

Game : pretty much every game I try (e.g. Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Halo 5, Evolve)

Packet Loss - 0%

MTU - 1480

Latency - 149ms

Preview program : Yes

 

Having same issues. Removed account. Now I have nothing!

 

I too have nothing on all games no sync data and can't connect to friends

 

And I see they removed my stays with them as well how sad

 

A friend of mine reported that the offline and online trick made it to where his saves won't load at all now when online.

Any update on the status of this issue would be wonderful. I've gotten nowhere with anyone on the Preview forums outside of them telling me to try going offline, restarting, and returning to online, which hasn't worked in about 10 tries.

 

Microsoft rep instructed me to remove and re-download my profile, but once I did, my profile pic is gone, my gamerscore is at 0, my friends list is gone and my quick menu on the left side is all jacked up. Anyone else have that?

 

Yes, same issues here. In addition: Apparently I have to re-install all of my 100+ games because they're all not playable (external hard drive). I just found them at this place --> My games & apps --> Ready to install

Also, savegame sync still doesn't work.

I can't express how upset I am. <insert upset smiley>

 

I'm seeing the issue in Battlefront since yesterday. Comes up on two seperate gamertags on my Xbox one.

Can load locally and then it says it syncs, but not sure how true that is.

 

I am having sync problems with Fallout 4. Every time I want to play I get syncing data for Fallout 4. On Saturday when it did this it took 3-4 hrs. All these problems started after my xbox one did an update

 

I've owned an xbox one for a week and had nothing but issues. Currently i cannot sync Fall-out 4 to the cloud. When i go to play offline it somehow only has much earlier saves. Consequently i have lost around 10 hours of play time. I also have repeated
issues with connection to the xbox store. I have to delete my profile and re-install it nearly every time i turn on the xbox to connect to the store. I have 25mbps downloads and 10Mbps uploads so problem isn't at my end. Will be returning to the store and
getting a playstation instead. This is a heap of junk.

 

Problem is back for me now.

Fallout 4 and Star Wars Battlefront saves can't be synced.

With Fallout it can take at least half an hour before telling you the sync has failed.

 

Having this problem. Just bought ESO and can't play at all.
