Discus and support Sync cloud data not working again and again.... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Already tried most of the stuff in the reddit and none of it has worked for me.     Sync cloud data not working again and again....


    Already tried most of the stuff in the reddit and none of it has worked for me. Trying a hard reboot after unplugged as a last resort. Not going to try the recovery stuff since so many people are losing important things from it.

  2. How do I re-sync data

    After playing a game at my other half's house, I went to sync the saved data on my own console. I accidentally hit used local data (the older save). As soon as I realised I hit cancel. But this did not give me the option to sync again.

    How do I get to sync that cloud data again?

    Hi, you could also try and delete your saved data of the game. Your saved data will sync from the cloud when you open it again

    Another here not working.

    I removed my profile from the Xbox and added again. I hope I haven;t lost everything Sync cloud data not working again and again.... :(

    EDIT: Yeah, lost all my local saves. So until I can re-sync my saves, I am not happy. Ouch.

    Yep, exactly the same issue here after the latest NXOE update. Have been chatting with support for 3 hours plus. We tried everything under the sun. After deleting and adding my profile, I too have no friends, no gamerscore, no gamerpic, no Elite controller
    settings, and I still cannot sync with anything. At one time, I even had the exact same profile twice on my console!

    Not working for me. I did 3 hard resets. 1 without unplugging, 1 with unplugging for about 30 seconds and External HDD and Kinect attached and 1 with unplugging, all peripherals unattached and waiting 5 minutes. Turning in for the night and hoping the
    problem is fixed tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

    This seems to be what finally worked for me. Stolen from another forum and credit to Buffman117

    Go offline from your network setting

    Restart your Xbox from the snap menu

    Go back online after it starts up at the Network setting once again

    Start up a game and it should be good to go.

    That also worked for me. But, of course, I now have to re-sync ALL of my games and apps, and set up my Desktop background again. And the games I had in my Queue downloading are gone, so I'll have to start downloading/installing them all over again. But at
    least I can play a game again. I do hope this is not going to continue happening - I lost days of my time not long ago with the NXOE updates where nothing was possible except a Factory Default reset.

    Tried the "Go Offline" method one more time before bed tonight and it worked this time. Not sure why it worked this time and didn't the other times I tried it today but at least it is working again.

    No need to disable instant sign in, just make sure once you've restarted the Xbox you then sign out (if you have instant sign in) before you go back online.

    1.Go to settings, then network and go to offline mode

    2.Restart console via snap menu

    3.Sign out of any profiles (if instant sign-in is on)

    4.Go to settings, then network and go back to online mode

    5.Open a game

    6.Let the game force you to sign in to your profile

    7.Should be all fixed, enjoy

  15. I have been having this same problem since Tuesday night! Every game or App I launch keeps firing off this error. I've tried everything I've read and nothing works.

    Something I've also noticed is that for the past 2 days my friends list is stuck with the same 5 people on doing the same exact things no matter what time of day it is.

    I know for sure (real life friend) that he's NOT EVEN ON his Xbox One since I verified it with him.
