Sync button of death?:’(

my series x has out of the blue stopped connecting to my controller’s wirelessly. I’ve tried everything YouTube/ Microsoft tip but can’t find a solution is there any way to fix the connection? There isn’t no sign of blinking from the logo anytime I attempt to sync weather it’s the button or using my app scrolling to add on a controller in the settings

Kornybozo, try connecting the controller to the console using the USB cable; this will pair it. Also, make sure that the batteries are new and that your console is directly connected to the wall outlet, do not use any additional cables, extension cords, power strips, or voltage regulators, as they do not receive the proper voltage and cause these failures.

yea it there if u got slim xbox, it next to usbs plugs. it look like glass black..like the one on ur t.v for the remote . press it and it should work

Regrettably, if the button is broken, there is not much you can do. Microsoft
may be able to help with it, but it all depends on your remaining warranty.

Could you try the following procedure to see if you're able to sync your controller with the Xbox?

Step 1. Go to the Xbox Settings and head to the Accessibility tab.
Step 2. Highlight the “Control” option on the right and select it.
Step 3. Highlight the last option, the one that says “Connect a control” and select it.
Step 4. Select the type of device you want to connect, in this case, an Xbox controller.

After that, you should be able to see a screen that indicates you to press the sync button on your controller.

Please let me know if you were able or not to pair the controller in that way.
