Sync accounts?

    Sync accounts?


    How do I get my Xbox profile accessed on my PC to match my profile on my Xbox One? I'm trying to figure this out because I bought the Destiny 2 Expansion Pass with my Microsoft account before realizing I could redeem Xbox Gift Cards during a transaction
    on the Xbox itself. Did I just throw away $40?

    Hi, you are pressing the sync button on the console and then the sync button on the controller? What happens when you try to sync the controller?

    Hey LemonGibbon534! Each Gamertag is associated with a single Microsoft Account. Make sure to try all of the Microsoft Accounts you have to log in on the console with the Windows 10 account you made the purchase with. Thanks!

    Hey LemonGibbon534! Each Gamertag is associated with a single Microsoft Account. Make sure to try all of the Microsoft Accounts you have to log in on the console with the Windows 10 account you made the purchase with. Thanks!

    If by sync you mean merge the two accounts that is not possible

    It’s the same account, but i’m not sure how to check if the syncing is on

    they can be used on pc IF you sync it across from xbox console first, once they are added to the account then they sync over to the epic account, they are NOT usable on the pc version of fortnite directly.

    Hi there,

    In the browser you need to turn off the Account Sync setting in Edge.

    With the Edge Browser open, go to settings (click the three dots on the upper right, go down to settings) > under account, turn off sync so it stops syncing across all devices.
