    Dear Microsoft Xbox One Team,

    Hope you're all well.

    I'm currently experiencing issues on my Xbox One Console as it's not syncing any of my games and apps correctly and keeps failing which means I can't play my games or access any of my apps, it would be much appreciated for any support your team at
    Microsoft Xbox could give me on this issue, I would also like to add that this issue could be related to the current Xbox Live Service alert status that is in place it could be possible that this issue has something to do with the social and gaming category
    .

    Apps won't download

    My console has updated and removed the Plex and EA Access Hub applications, now I can't download them, error 0x80072f8f. I did hard reset and full reset, nothing helps. Only Youtube and Media Player applications have downloaded, all other applications can't

    I Can't Access Anything on My Xbox One

    So all of a sudden my Xbox One keeps giving me the error code "0x8000000b" when I try to access my Games and Apps or anything that I have pinned. I looked up the error code on Xbox.com and everyone says to go to your settings but I can't even access the
    side bar. I can't access it on the dashboard or in any of the games. This is really starting to frustrate me... I can't invite anyone or play literally more than half my games. I can't access any of my apps, and even worse I can't access my settings. I need
    help. Please! (And yes, I tried hard resetting)

    Have the same problem whit all my games and apps. Did try a hard reset, but no luck.

    The Xbox service status says Purchase and content usage Limited, dated ‎22‎/‎06‎/‎2018‎ ‎22‎:‎43‎:‎43

    So that issue above has been going on for over 2 months.

    Today going to do some gaming, syncing game save... "We couldn't get your latest saved data"

    Service status page again, social and gaming Limited, dated ‎04‎/‎09‎/‎2018‎ ‎10‎:‎30‎:‎11

    4hours later and it's still nackered

    A lot of people have been posting about issues syncing. If you cannot sync you can't get your info from the MS cloud where some games save their data rather than locally and will have problems connecting to other services. The network status page says quite
    clearly that they are having problems, and have been since early this morning. Go read, take a nap, I know that the "outside" is frightening but give that a go too. Just sit tight. It'll get fixed before too long.

    a lot of players are experiencing synch problems... they are already working on that issue...
