Sycing data issues

so without any reason all my games and apps needs to syncs some data

Im only playing one games at the moment and of course i can't play it right now

I did reboot my console severous time and my internet connexion too without any difference

Weirdly i don't think it is a problem from the game's side but more yours

What kind of information would you need from me to help with my problem ?

My game doesn't starts

Did you try the power cycle? If that did not work try to uninstall and reinstall the game. If it still doesn't work after that try deleting and re-sycing save files.

 

Save Data Issue (Quantum Break)

I'm having trouble playing Quantum Break today. It says it can't sync my save data (a pretty common issue), but Xbox Support isn't responding and it appears Xbox Live is working fine. Help?

Thx but the service said up and running and i still have my issue up and running too lol

I did contact my game support it might from them but still i do have some issueswith Vocal party and Smartglass

 

Hi! How did you reboot your console? Please note that a normal restart differs from a hard reset/power cycle and only the latter will work. Here's how to perform the hard reset:

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

If that doesn't work you might also want to try to remove your profile from the console and to download it again afterwards.

 

so i did both hard reboot (the button xbox for 10sec and the button then unplug the power and i still have those issues

Not only the fact i can't play online i have trouble signin in , Vocal party "encountered issues, my smartglass on my s8 dosn't go well too

What is going on ?
