Sword Coast Legends

Hi

Sword Coast Legends seems to have glitched for me, I'm on the Heart of stone quest at the end where you gonna kill Madelith and Thesian. First time I succeed to knock him down Thesian and then he will be transformed into a monster, then I did a save so I dont
need to knock him down again, but after a while I died and my save was reloading. But this time he was not a monster, I tried to knock him down again and it seems to impossible to do that, I played for several hours without any luck. Today I played again and
somehow I succeed to knock him down, but as he was not a monster under this time, the shield is still on Madelith, so I cant kill her now.

I have played this game for many hours, so I want not start a new game and lose my progress and my save are broken as it loads in middle of a fight and I cant leave it.

I have read on other forums that the pc version seems to have the same issue on this quest, some of them fixed it with a trainer to complete this quest.

Is it somehow possible to recover earlier saves on xbox one cloud?

Comprei o jogo mas não consigo colocar na língua nativa do meu pais, o português. Na hora da compre não menciona que não tenha essa linguagem, quero jogar em português. Aguardo uma solução.

Sorry to hear about the issue! There isn't a way to revert to a previous cloud save currently on the Xbox One console, however if that is a feature you would like to see, we recommend leaving the feedback on our
Xbox Feedback page.

It may also help checking in with the developer of the game to see if they have any additional information for steps to provide.

Thank you for your reply, I have replied on a topic with same issue on their forum, but the thread was started under 2016 and that user got no reply, so that forums feels very dead, I have also raise a bug report ticket on their site too, time will tell
if I will get any answer from them.
