    I was wondering if you Change any policy about game pricing?

    Example FIFA 15 XBOX Store 109.- CHF and on Retailmarkt WallMarket 85.-

    Why is it so much cheaper to buy the game as a Retail Disc in common Markets (Media Markt, Digitec, WOG, Gamestop)??

    And also I was wondering where SuperTimeForce is to find in our market! Should be game for Gold Isn^t it?

    We only get this boring CrimsonDragon since 2 months in our GamesforGold Section!

    digitally purchased games should be same or less than retail prices

    the only thing that holds me back from digital purchases is that the games cost more than if I would buy it in the store.

    For example forza horizon is 79 at the retailer and it is 89 on the xbox one store (this is local currency in Switzerland, Swiss Francs which is about 63$ at the retailer and 72$ in the xbox online store.

    Is it the same in the states?

    Xbox Live for Swizterland most content only in german !

    Switzerland has 3 main languages, german, french and italian, but live content (movies) are mainly in german. Does anyone know how to switch to french live store (French store) ?

    Buy Games on Smarglass / no Preload on Xbox One.

    But why can i buy the games on smartglass with my Gamertag on Switzerland?

    The real Problem is no Preload in Switzerland, then Sunset Overdrive and CoD Advanced Warfare will be avaiable at Launch in Switzerland.

    But why let Microsoft people in Switzerland dont preload the Games?

    I can set my Xbox One on Austria and Download the Games with my Switzerland Gamertag, but this should not be normal. Normal should be Preload my Games on Xbox One with setting Switzerland.

    Ermm..the OP lives in Switzerland, has a Switzerland address and card, has a Switzerland MS/Xbox account and, far as I can tell, is visiting family in Switzerland. Their Game Pass should not be geo-restricted given they didn't leave the country

    In switzerland the law for everything bought has 2 years of warranty. So that means I have to go through the store and not the xbox service then ? (store told me I had to go throught here so I guess it's wrong)
