Switch版Minecraftにおけるログイン不良 [Translation - Bad login in Switch Minecraft]

一昨日からSwitch版MinecraftにおいてMicrosoftアカウントへのサインインができなくなりました。

ブラウザ及びXbox live上では、問題なくサインインできるのですが、コード入力を行うと、【ログイン失敗】「Microsofアカウントへのサインインを試みましたが、問題が発生しました。」と表示されサインインが行えない状況です。

これに対し、本体の再起動・ソフトの再インストール・セーブデータの再ダウンロードを行いましたが、どれも効果を得られませんでした。

セーブデータ削除を行うと、サインインはできましたが削除は極力行いたくありません。

なにか手立てはないでしょうか？

You can sign in without problems on the browser and Xbox live, but when you enter the code, 【Login failed】 "You tried to sign in to your Microsof account but there was a problem."
It is a situation that can not be done.

On the other hand, I restarted the main unit, reinstalled the software, re-downloaded the saved data, but none of them got any effect.

If you delete saved data, you can sign in but you do not want to delete as much as possible.

xbox.com or
account.microsoft.com? If you are able to log in successfully on the Microsoft website, then you may also wish to check out the

If you're still unable to successfully log in, can you please provide us with any error messages or codes you've received so that we may look a bit further into the issue or provide you with some more tailored support or troubleshooting?

request a call back from Xbox Support so that they may document this issue officially and get started on a fix as soon as possible.

この問題が起きた過程を補足します。

次の手で問題が起きました。

1.iOS版でサインインしてコインとパックの購入

2.Switch版でサインインせずに無料のパックをダウンロード

3.Switch版でサインインするがiOS版で購入したものが同期されていないことを確認

4.Switch版でサインインした状態で320コインを購入するがiOS版に反されない

Switch版のサインインする前にダウンロードしたパックが残っているため同期できないようにもみえますが、原がわかりません。

何か対策あれば教えていたけないでしょうか。

私の環境はPEです。再起動も試しましたし、再ログインも試しましたが、一向に繋がりません。XBOXアプリではフレンドが正常に表示されるのに、Minecraft けで正常にログインできていないようです。
