    Switching users between Microsoft and xbox accounts


    Hi Support.

    When I initially set up my Microsoft account and associated xbox one account it was set up under an outlook account. This is not my primary email address which is a gmail account.

    So all has been going along well, until I set up a guest account (I assume I set up a Microsoft account as well as an xbox profile) for this person under my gmail account.

    Is there any way to switch my Microsoft account and Xbox profile to be under my gmail account and the guest to use the outlook account ?

    Multiple Skype accounts on Xbox One?

    It's possible indirectly: If you sign in with multiple Microsoft accounts to your XB1 you will get notifications for chats and calls to come in on all of these. So by switching Microsoft accounts on your Xbox you can switch between their Skype accoutns at

    Is not necessary that you delete the current account

    If maybe it works and if you decide to use this new user, some Microsoft store apps needs to be reinstalled and you can transfer the files between users

    You pass the controller. The other person will the. Be the primary profile. In order to see that players home screen the have to say "Xbox show my stuff" and then it will change to theirs .
