the whole ban system is garbage.....i get banned for sticking up for myself?.....if i would have known that this gen of gammers can act like **** and cheat in games and then i get banned for calling them out ....i woulda never bought this pos system....thanks

So yea this news has made me lean back towards X1 although as mentioned above lose the compulsory Kinect and it's a guarantee buy for me.

thats only about online and used games-let me know when they offer x1 without a kinect for 100 less

If you haven't done so yet, you can
submit a case review if you feel your suspension is in error since no one but an Enforcement team member can do any thing/respond to suspensions they issue.

Keep in mind the rules (Code of Conduct) have always been present, and as well as the info on how to handle users that are breaking the rules.

Second if you read this page it says that play station does not have a case review process like Microsoft does

So best of luck going to PS4, you'll suffer the same suspension if you won't change your aggressive behavior. Good day.

 

the point is i wouldnt have lost my temper if the guy didnt cheat....it isnt fair unless he serves the same suspension....correct?

 

If you report him then he will face suspension himself. Your also at fault for saying something that violated the code of conduct and he reported you. Next time its best to just report, mute block and move on so you will never have to deal with him and will
never face any suspension yourself. How hard is that?
