Switching subscriptions to another profile

If by your question you intend "is it possible to pass the gold membership from one account to another?" the answer is "that's not possible". Yet with the xbox one home setting, you can gameshare and share the gold membership among other accounts as well.

P.S The 25 digit number serves to redeem a code (like prepaid credit or gold membership) to the account. Once that process is complete you can't pass the credit nor the membership to another account.

Let me explain the home xbox system a little better for you also.

1. No matter what console a profile is signed into that profile will always be able to use any subscription it has and play any digital game it owns.

2. Each profile can set ONE console at a time as its home console and on that home console any other profile can then use any subscription and play any of the digital games that the profile that has the console set as home owns.

3. Each profile can only switch which console is set as its home console FIVE times a year before it has to wait a year to make another switch.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer a subscription to another account. However, you are able to switch profiles on an Xbox console if you would like to add both accounts to a console but you would still need to use the same account that redeemed the offer to take advantage of all the subscription perks.
