    Switching OFF xboxe one problem


    Hi sorry if i posted it to the wrong category. I just have a little problem. I have my xbox one s set to energy saving not to the stand by mode. But somethings when I switch off my xbox and then when i switch it on it starts up straight away to the xbox
    menu like it was on the stand by mode and rememberd the last section. I don't know why such a thing happens. I switched off my xbox through the controller then switched it on using the console button and it was straight on the menu it wasn't switching on properly.
    Sometimes i turn off the plug in power on the wall specially at night when i go to sleep, so i don't want to have my xbox turning off like a cut off power because even if i switch it off it stills on like the stand by mode... I need to add that it doesnt'
    happens often, i preferred xbox 360 turning off way, once you pressed the button it was off.

    Update downloaded... system says it's restarting... shuts off and never comes back on.

    I am having this problem after download xbox one says restarting but then switches off and will not turn back on I would like response for this problem

    Please check the following;

    - Overheating issues is there enough space around the XBox

    - Check the Game Disc if you use one

    - Clean the cache, press Power Button for 10 Seconds, console shuts down and restarts

    - check in the xbox settings for console updates

    - check for game updates

    - check if you play the correct version for your XBox; Games and Apps>Filter>optimised for S/X*

    if nothing works out, reinstalling the game could help.

    *cant be more precise, since i dont know your type of xbox
