Switching Logins often causes issues on Dashboard

Is anyone else experiencing this? My wife and I switch between our profiles regularly. After switching back and forth a number of times, the Pins and Store (left and right side) on the Dashboard stop loading. I have to do the eight-second hard shutdown to
get them back again. Is this a known issue? I can't find any mention of it anywhere.

are you clearing or overcrowding your update cache? that could cause this to happen.

Xbox one drops to dashboard in between loading games.

I just tried switching between disc games on my daughters console and it didn't go back to dashboard.

Have you tried hard resetting console? When the console is on, hold the power button on front of console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down, leave for a few minutes then turn back on.

This often fixes minor issues.

Yes nothing worse than coming in at the end of the match. PPl dashboarding causing this to happen to more often.

@waded No it's doesn't happen everytime but it happens often. All testing i've done shows it only happens if the powerline adaptor is in power saving mode when I switch on xbox.

@Sqeezitgirdle. Yes I have cleared the cache multiple times. I've even took the drastic step of formatting the hard drive as well as deleting and redownloading the dashboard software

There is definitely a bug in the dashboard software that causes to happen under certain circumstances. In my case it happens if the ethernet is switched off(powerline adaptor in sleep mode) when the xbox is first switched on. There are too many people having
the problem for it to be a faulty xbox or faulty HDD.
