  1. Switching Game Discs Causes Dirty/Damaged Disc Error

It seems like after the latest preview update that i got around March 24th has done something to my disc drive or atleast this problem didn't start till the latest update was downloaded. If I'm playing say Titanfall and I take the disc out to put in say
Battlefield 4s disc for some reason the drive won't recognize the new game and it gives me a msg saying that the "disc is damaged/dirty error xxx". I then have to unplug the power plug out of the back of the console everytime or it won't recognize any game
that is put in. I have 3 other friends that also experience the exact same things I just described above. Also some one at MIcrosoft needs to look at those chat adapters because everytime I plug mine in I get echoing and distortion in the game audio. Thanks

    :)

    Check your disc error

    Hi,

I hve a problem with Witcher 3 disc. I have received error: "Check your disc. Your disc might be dirty or damaged. Error code: 0x80820003 - 0x45. I have only one disc with game but other Blu-ray movie discs od dirty CD works fine. After hard reset and unlugging
power i can play. What is wrong with my console? Is this software error or hardware?

Black Ops 3 not booting up

I put the disc in and it comes up with "Do you own this game or app?" when the disc is in there.
Sometimes it says this disc my be dirty or damaged when it isn't. Any suggestions?

This is a known problem and is being fixed.

You should look at the preview forums, and for any other preview related bugs, post there (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx).

Also, instead of pulling out the plug from the back of the console, hold the power button for 5-10 seconds (until you hear a click), and then wait until the power brick turns an amber color before turning it back on. This allows everything to shut down properly.
