    I recently bought a new Xbox one S and when I signed in none of my games are showing on the new Xbox. Do I have to reinstall them to get the data back.?

    Question about my Live Subscription Help

    Hello there.

    As of now I have a Xbox 360 the old basic 1 (it's that old it doesn't even have a HDMI cable slot!)

    I am reading up on a website about buying a new Black Xbox 360 Slim 1.

    Also.

    I am hearing words about a Data converter cable to transfer all my game data, saves, gamertag etc.

    To the new Console/Harddrive.

    I am asking though, my current harddrive has a Xbox live subscription active on it, if I transfer my data to my new xbox that I am thinking of getting,.

    Will I be able to use Xbox Live on my New Xbox/Harddrive.

    Using the same gamertag I transfereed over from my old Xbox?

    Apparently If you have The old PRO or Arcade Xbox's The New dashboard and new games Will Not Work!!!

    I've read from a Reliable sorce that Microsoft are willing to give new Xbox 360 slim to xbox users of PRO or ARCADE who Xbox May of Crashed..!!

    Any digital games should show in your games and apps as ready to install. You can reinstall them from there and then when you start the game your save data should resync.

    You should call for support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX. What it sounds like is you added the new card, but didn't switch the membership over to the new card (its not automatic) and so it tried to renew to the old card and now your account is locked.
