Switching from Xbox 360 to Xbox One

I recently sold my Xbox 360. I'm fairly confident that I erased my hard drive before I sold it. I'm curious if there is a way to confirm that or to "delete" the 360's ability to access my Live Account.

I've tried contacting the individual that purchased my 360, but they seem unwilling to work with me.

Please note the xbox one and 360 marketplace isnt the same are you switching to the uk from the 360 website?

It defaults to the us

That will remove your profile from all 360 consoles and require that your account be redownloaded before use. So as long as no one else has your account information, they won't be able to access the account anymore.
