Switching email accounts

Hello looking for some help,

I created my xbox live account when i was younger with my mothers account and she ended up getting locked out of her email and cant remember her password. Is there a way that i can remove her old email and make the main email on my account my actual email.
I still have full access to the account its just annoying because i cant update my account because her old email needs to be verified. Thanks
