Switching cloud account.

I started playing Disney Dreamlight Valley using cloud gaming on a different persons account. I now have game pass on my account. Can I play my cloud saved game on my account? And how? When I try and log in it says a user with that email already exist.

No. There's no way to transfer saves between accounts.

Switching accounts does work. I think the issue is related to the large amount of cloud saves.

Before trying to sign in again with your account do a hard reset/power cycle and then sign in. Your account should sync with the save on the cloud when you open the game.

Hard reset/power cycle. Press and hold the Xbox logo on the front of the console until it switches off, waiting atleast 30 seconds before switching it on again.

You can actually move your profile to a temporary Microsoft Account and then move your desired profile to your (now free) Microsoft Account. The page below should help you through the process.
