    Switched to Game Pass Ultimate, Still Charged for Xbox Live Gold


    I recently switched to Game Pass Ultimate, which from what I've read takes place of Xbox Live Gold. I just checked this morning, not only was I charged for the one month for Game Pass but I was also charged for my yearly Xbox Live Gold membership. What
    can I do?

    I did buy xbox game pass after buying xbox gold and i did this before the expiry of earlier subscription. But i haven't been charged for xbox live gold but do charged for game pass ultimate.

    You will have to rebuy it if you do decide to switch to Ultimate Game Pass. By getting that, you are converting your Xbox Live to Game Pass Ultimate. However, you would still have all the benefits of gold with the added benefit of Game Pass for both Xbox
    and PC, until March 2020, for $1.

    Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you're interested in learning if you will still be charged for Xbox Live Gold after getting Xbox Game Pass. Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold are two separate subscriptions that must be charged
    separately. However, both subscriptions are combined along with Xbox Game Pass for PC in the

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription    . It's a cheaper option than paying for both Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold, and it gives you access to all three subscriptions. We hope this information helps
