    Switched over to Xbox 1 x and I'm not receiving rewards


    I have recently switched over to a Xbox 1x and now none of my purchases have showed up on rewards. I have bought several games and renewed live. Any help would be appreciated thanks

    Hello, I'm having trouble receiving my 5,000 xbox live rewards credits. It's been over 1 month and I have not received it yet. Would anyone help me?

    Not receiving rewards for purchase made on xbox one

    I have a rewards account but I'm not receiving points for the purchases I'm making on my xbox one. I've the rewards for over a year and have not received points for the things I have bought through the xbox store.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receice VIP rebates.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Additionally, we see that you were award Credits in October. If you are confused about that, please keep in mind that pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP and
    do not award payback.

    Since the Rewards servers are separate from the Xbox servers, not everything will automatically switch over.
