Switched consoles, now game & achievements are missing

I switched from reg xbox 1 to xbox1 slim. Tried playing fallout 4 & the game save data memory & all my achievements are gone but my gamer score is still the same & it recognized the settings I placed so the option list to load or start new is colored teal.
I've contacted customer support & he's exhausted all his options. Was referred to the forums so I can get help from a specialist in this subject. Got pretty far in my game & don't see why I should have to start over nor why my achievements would be gone since
they do not get deleted if the game does nor why my gamerscore is exactly the same as the last time I played fallout 4. Getting so irritated! Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

Recent games not showing up in achievement list

The achievements are missing only on the xbox, or they are also missing on internet? (

They’re missing everywhere. Xbox console, Xbox App, and on the Xbox website.

cant find my downloaded arcade games

I downloaded a few arcade games and i switched consoles while recovering my profile onto that console. now i when i go to downloaded history it says arcade trail but i have achievements for those arcade games. i switched consoles over a year ago but i did
switch my gamertag about the same time i switched consoles. help plz

Just so that we can clarify, are you having achievement issues with all games on your Xbox One, or is this only when playing Fallout 4? Do you see the correct achievements listed here on Xbox.com also?

Unfortunately you can only get the achievement once on your account. Switching consoles doesn't mean you can receive it again. It just means that your profile is now on a different console. The achievements are linked to the profile not the console.

It seems like the Netherlands page may have not been updated with those games. If the Netherlands locale continues to show missing games in the future, switch over the United States locale to verify that the achievements show!

Changing difficulties will not affect the achievement. Nor will switching save files. All of the achievements for collection, except the one for Infusions, track across all saves and playthroughs. So if you start a new game, you only have to find the items
you have missed.

Sorry to hear it. Have you tried power cycling the console? Which games are not popping the achievements and which achievements are you missing?
