hello my names Joshua im having a problem with my 360 every time i sign into my account its not the account profile that was used to play on xbox live it was a different account profile like my profiles got switched somehow my account is adrift4all1 and
not chronos26 thus I cant connect with this chronos26 profile

Xbox One Microsoft compromised account solution support article for various ways that you can attempt to retrieve
the account.

You may also reach out to our customer support team so that this can be further reviewed/investigated.

I'm sorry to hear that your account has been hacked. I suggest that you change your password to something that you aren't using anywhere else. To create a more complex password try using capitals and numbers. It's also important to remember not to share
your passwords with other people online. I hope I was able to help you today and you are able to recover your account!

I figured it out my account has been hacked by someone my actual account is adriftfall1

someone elses account is tied to my profile which means someone stole it it says its tied to

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to sign into your correct account.

Is your other account still on your console? If you know the email and password of the account, I would recommend that you attempt to sign into Xbox.com to verify that you are still displaying the same Gamertag.

If you account is still on the console, it is likely that it your account is not set-up to sign-in automatically, and you may have to

disable the Xbox Live auto sign-in feature on your Xbox 360 and enable it on your main account.

Alternatively, you may have to
remove your account and re-add it to your Xbox 360 and see if that does the trick.
