Switch Minecraft login issue

Last week I was easily able to play minecraft with xbox users from my switch. my microsoft account was working just fine one day, then the next it stopped working. i opened it up and it had logged me out. i tried to log back in and i get the error “We
tried to sign you into your Microsoft account, but it didn’t work.” i get this error every time i try to log in. i’ve tried clearing sign in data, restarting it, but nothing works.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forum.

That is a known bug that is affecting the Switch platform that Mojang is aware of and closely working with the Xbox team for a fix. There isn't an estimated time on when this will be fixed, but I would suggest posting a comment over
on this bug reporting site

I also recommend contacting Xbox customer support:

Contact us here
Select Xbox One
Select See other options
Select Payment & billing under Account management
Select show contact options and go to step 4
Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

thank you for your answer. I disagree. The problem is with a Microsoft account within minecraft. The issue is definitely with Microsoft.

In Minecraft on switch there is a button to logout from Minecraft. When you login again, the authentication of the first Microsoft account which was logged into is prompted. There is no possibility to change the Microsoft account.

There is an additional button "Delete Microsoft account login data". If this is pressed you are asked, if you are sure. If you press yes, nothing happens. Nothing has changed with login either.

Can you help us, please?

Issue is, I connected the Switch Minecraft version with my adult Microsoft account. Now my son is old enough and I want, that he logs into the switch with his own account. But I cannot change the Microsoft login account of switch minecraft. :-(
