You would be charged for both subscriptions as they are stacable. If you purchase the one year subscription too you would have the gold membership for 13 months.

Yes, follow the steps above, you need to cancel the current subscription to get a refund, then you buy the 1 year sub.

They also stack, so you would have 13 months Xbox Live Gold. You can do as has been suggested above, or just leave it.

I understand that you accidently bought a 1 month subscription and would like a 1 year subscription

of Xbox Live Gold instead.

I would suggest contacting an Xbox Live support agent (see steps below) so that they can cancel your current subscription

allowing you to purchase the correct subscription. The refund for the 1 month subscription might automatically be applied,

if not, you'll have to refer to the
Xbox Refund Webform and apply for a refund. Also, you can go to your

Microsoft account
and manually cancel the subscription if you'd like. I personally, would speak to an actual live Xbox support agent.

Again, once your current subscription is cancelled, you'll be able to purchase the 1 year subscription.
