    I have Xbox 360 Smartglass app from Widnows 10 store isntalled and had my old email for my Xbox Live account and now trying to sync app to my new Xbox Live account with a different email from old one but 360 Smartglass wont let me change the email address
    of the XboxLive account I am signed in with o my 360 and also hae signed in under new Xbox Live email account on Xbox One Smartlgas and the Xbox main app under Windows 10 store but theres no option to change the email login and pssword for my new Xbox Live
    account on the xbox 360 smartglass and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it will let me try new sign in info and tried logging in on xbox.com site with my new email and password but only thing i cant change to my new email is the 360 smartglass
    on my laptop windows 10 xbox 36- smartglass app??? is there any way to do this? kinda sucks u cant change your email if u change account email for your xbo live account or get new email to use for smartglass on 360, the xbox one smartglass works fine ive
    singed in under my new email but 360 one wont...any help let me know thanks

    One year anniversary of the one - thanks message from xbox

    I am sure whatever they give will be linked to the Xbox account message system.

    I had that problem with using an old email. I switched the email through windows live. It took like 30 days to do that though. At least I get the emails now.

    It's for the Xbox One Smartglass app, not 360. Also as I said, I have the issue with the Mixer app as well.

    How to upgrade Xbox 360 to One?

    You can't connect your Xbox 360 to Windows 10. The only thing you can do is use SmartGlass, using the SmartGlass app found in the Windows Store. (It's kind of pointless, really.)

    Same issue as the rest of you. I am trying to connect using Windows 10 laptop (version 1709 and connected ehternet) and Windows 10 Surface (versión 1709 and connected wifi). My Xbox 360 is connected to the internet via Ethernet. The 360 Smartglass
    app will bring up my profile but will not connect to my Xbox 360 (console settings allows for Smartglass connectivity)
