Switch between Xbox one dashboard styles

Do you ever wish you could go back to the very first dashboard style on the Xbox one, or even the second dashboard style. I think that you should be able to switch between all the Xbox one dashboard styles because I think that the first Xbox one dashboard
was the best. And I hope they add the Xbox snap feature back because I miss watching YouTube while playing on COD

Issue since October 2014 update

Since the October 2014 update on XBOX One, I've noticed a number of issues:

1. Unable to access Display and Sound

2. Double clicking the XBOX button enabled Snap for a little while, but now doesn't work. My only option is to select the Snap icon, but I'm unable to switch between main window and Snap. I have to back out to the dashboard and switch between main and
snapped app.

3. Unable to reset to factory default.

4. XBOX One locks up when trying to access Notifications.

It sounds like what you're talking about is the old dashboard vs. the new one. If the Xbox has been on Live and updated after November 2010 then it'll have the green strands opening. If it hasn't been updated since then, then it'll have the older dashboard.
There is no way to switch between the 2.

 

The first xb1 dash style was the worst ever. And ive had xb1 since it came out. That style was so slow and loke 10x slower than the current xb360 style. And i have vodafone high speed internet. And the 1st style was based off a dumbed down windows 8 version
and windows 8 is bad compared to windows 10 which is faster and more user friendly.

 

No, because how could support know which type of dashboard you are on if you ever rang up with a problem, its unified for a very good reason.
