Swing Through Wild Kingdom Issues

On the punch card it says to Claim the Points Crusader offer on your Xbox app dashboard. When you click on it on the web site it takes you to the Rewards app page to download it on the Xbox One. When you click on it via the Rewards app on
the Xbox One it asks if you want to continue with the offer. If you hit yes the cursor moves over to the check marks on the left side of the screen but you can not select anything. There is no offer called "Points Crusader" on the rewards web page dashboard
nor on the dashboard on the Xbox One Rewards App. So is the promotion broken? Not implemented yet? Do you even know the answer, Microsoft?

Also another punch card item says to log in to Xbox Live account for 10 days in the month. Every day I clicked on the log in punch card section on both the website dashboard posting and on the xbox one app. The month is half over and it has yet to show
I logged on for 10 days even though I clicked on it every day since it started. Is this something stupid like I need to log off the web site and then log back in for it to count?

I had this problem as well, with 2 of the 4 not updating. I am not sure if MS has a planned fix, but something is most definitely not working right with it.

I received an email from microsoft stating that you had to sign into the xbox live through a xbox not on a computer in order to complete the task and move on to moon gate. I didn't see anywhere on the rewards page that stated you had to sign in and out
through an xbox. That is what they told me as to why I couldn't complete the task and move on to moon gate.

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support.

 

Customer support tells you to post on the forums. Microsoft's customer support is an out-sourced call center that does not know Jack about Microsoft.

 

I have the exact same issues and had the exact same experiences.

Not sure why this is a thing - the Xbox One/Xbox Live is a standardized platform. It should either work, or not work, for everyone.

Maybe only a handful of people are actually even trying to earn the points?

 

Sadly it seems a lot of people are having issues with this.

 

I've tried every possible combination of steps to tick the box, but for a number of people, it's straight up broken. Microsoft and the "Bing" team are either too incompetent or just don't actually care to fix the very simple redirect issues.

I started having issues yesterday completing the daily quizes on my PC (the browser would freeze or just stop being interactive), so I'm going with the incompetent possibility.

 

Or only a handful are actually bothering to say something about it. I have a feeling most people are not even bothering to do this offer either because they don't use Microsoft rewards or because it is such a pain in the **** dealing with Microsoft to
get their promotions to work.

 

UPDATE: So the log in for 10 days FINALLY showed I logged in for 10 days (despite it being 18 days now) but the points crusader link is not working. On the browser it still links me to the app for Xbox. On Xbox (where it says it should be completed
from) the Points Crusader offer is not there and when you link to it from the punch card it is now redirecting me back to the dashboard but no Points Crusader offer ever appears.

 

I've tried my phone's app, the console's app, on the PC, etc. Same as you guys....no luck getting the Points Crusader to check off.

 

Same issue here. I've logged in several different ways and nothing. Not sure what else I can do but I want my points.

 

I told my girlfriend to set up a rewards account because I am getting her an xbox for christmas. Funny enough, since she doesn't have a console to claim the points crusader app, just clicking on the link checked it off. I've however been trying to do this
for the last 4 days and I cannot claim it. :/

 

I should be finished with this as well, but the counter is stuck on 6 of 10 days. I've been logging into my XBL account since it started.I know contacting support won't help because people are being sent on a wild goose chase.

We understand the concern everyone is having with The swing Through Wild Kingdom.

We do have a specific team that deals with Rewards which is not the Support team that handles calls.

Also, I did see where in the beginning it was not showing the daily logins as well but it was updated recently where it started to show the dates. Just a friendly reminder the challenge Expires 9/30/2018
