Swindled by Microsoft out of my money with no effort or willingness to refund my money

This was the worst phone support/service I have received in my entire life! I explained my issue several times which fell on deaf ears. I was repeatedly told I there was nothing they could do for me, that I would need to handle it myself with my bank.
The phone call took 41 minutes, when the call was ended by one of your supervisors who hung up on me. I felt as if I was mislead and swindled out of my hard earned money.

I'm seeing everyone is having this same issue with their purchases as well. Does anybody know if we'll get a refund on these purchases or did everyone just get swindled out of their money?

 

Sent back my broken xbox one, microsoft refuses to refund my $580

So I called microsoft and asked them if I could get my money that they took out of my account and they said "there is no way to reverse this transaction or refund your money". The money was taken out of my account because I did not return my xbox in
the given amount oft time. Is there any way that I could get my money back because I refuse to believe that they can not refund my money, so I basically handed them $580 dollars and returned them their xbox.

 

Umm what exactly were you trying to accomplish? Refund for?

 

Xbox billing support is the only group who can help you via phone or chat

Keep in mind there is no actual refunds as stated by the tou only with certain circumstances

Account ban = no refunds

Membership time only if over 3months and to the payment option on file or a prepaid code is issued

 

Game issues well you would have to contact the developer

 

Yep, we need to know what's going on so we can direct you to the proper place. However, at the moment all we can say is that any billing issue needs to be dealt with via phone support.
