Swapping regions for cheaper deals?

I am beginning to read lots of stories about people changing regions on xb1 to access better deals (e.g. buying a game from USA store that isn't released or to get a better price when compared to GBP). I haven't done this, but as it seems quite rife I am
however tmepted, could xbox please give me their official stance as to whether this is in breach of terms and conditions many thanks

Where can you preorder Titanfall on a cheaper price?

I'm assuming you're based in US/North America, buying from other regions can be cheaper. I know where I am buying games from the UK are usually way cheaper than here, might be worth a shot, all games on PS4 are region free.

Ah thanks for the info Digital please disregard the swapping regions with the credit applied to your friends account. The other way seems to be the only way.

Not only is It breach but You.will lose money doing So

First and foremost selecting anothrt région You dont actually live in will only end with bad downlowds

Also currency doesnt transfer between régions

And You Also.need a.valid billing méthod in That new région as per thé.migrations tool conditions

And this is why you don't play with region settings nor try and buy out of region coda to get a cheaper price

You can't use prepaid currency from one region in another region to get a cheaper price

Thats against the marketplace rules
