You would first have to pay to change the gamertag on your account to something else in order to free up the gamertag for use on your sons account. (it may still take up to 24 hours for the gamertag to become available again once you change it)

Once the gamertag becomes available again after changing it you would then need to sign into your sons account and pay to change its gamertag to the one you want.

Yes it is possible, but you would need to pay twice, once for each account. (One for th dummy account and once for the main account).
