    my son has been playing in my account for a couple of years now. I would like to set him up with a child's account. Can I do this while also transferring all his progress on games?

    Can Xbox fix this

    Child accouts have to be changed by the adult supervisor of the accout. And by you trying to change it sent a notification to that accout

    Sorry but nothing can be transferred from one account to another. This includes game progress. If you create a new account for him he'll need to start over.

    Convert regular account to a child account OR set time limits on regular account

    You would have to create a new child account for him in order to add limits. He would have to start over. It is not possible to transfer anything between accounts and it is not possible to put limits on an adult accout or change an adult account to a child.

    This is really weird, try to follow the procedure below and make sure your account is not a chil account.

    I believe this is for Xbox whereas in on Pc in the Xbox app and it sends me to the support page and im also the adult on the accout
