Discus and support swapped console has problems just 6 weeks out of warrenty and i have to pay again in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I had a repair Stop correcting "i" paid for in September 2016 I was sent a replacement in stead of mine being fixed it was overheating now just 6 weeks...     I had a repair Stop correcting "i" paid for in September 2016 I was sent a replacement in stead of mine being fixed it was overheating now just 6 weeks out of warranty the replacement doesn't read discs or eject every time all discs are perfect and original
    I have been told this now has to be paid for again which would then be almost the price of a new Xbox one spent on the 2 repairs of which I will receive another 3 months warranty were as if I bought a new onw id have had a years warranty Xbox I ask you to
    show some customer support and fix or replace this one free off charge. Even if you don't give the extra 3 months warranty.

    My Console is not powering up!!

    Please do not post reference numbers on the forums.

    It does sound like your console needs to be repaired & if it's out of warrenty you will have to pay £65 to have it repaired.

    Doesn't matter how much you've spent on msp,accounts etc in the past you still have to pay for an out of warrenty repair,it's the same for everyone.

    I was just asking to see if you guys knew what the problem was or how I can go about fixing it myself.

    There is no option for servicing?! The only option issend it to is and pay £180.

    I am not paying that for something a 4 week out of warrenty that has a known hardware issue.

    Also why should I have to pay to send it in? Your support for people in the UK is really bad onsiderin I spent £450 on your alledged top console

    I should add in the EU we are covered for 6 years for manufacture defects. By law the replacement should be free if a manuafacturing defect. My exact erro code is very common with the xbx one x and seems to be a faulty HDD

    Both. I gave up and swapped out the console. This one had no problem connecting. Just going to take me forever to install everything again.

    i had this problem with an old console that was out of warrenty and microsoft wanted to charge me £100 for repairs (which i did not have at the time) but anyway it turned out that the problem was just the cable came loose that connects the disk drive to
