    I cannot find any information on this issue. I see that several people have asked about this problem, but no answer from Microsoft. I would like to purchase the games, but cannot. I hope they can answer soon. I am not going to pay $150.00 to fix their
    problem.

    I'm afraid cross-region accounts aren't supported which would explain why you're having purchasing issues. I recommend setting your account to the correct region to avoid purchasing errors such as this.
    Would you mind explaining the steps necessary to make such a change (or a link)?

    I believe everything is setup as it should be, but maybe I over looked something.

    Or does this have to be done through the console itself (I don't have one yet).
