Hey there Chizomaru.

I'm afraid cross-region accounts aren't supported which would explain why you're having purchasing issues. I recommend setting your account to the correct region to avoid purchasing errors such as this.

Would you mind explaining the steps necessary to make such a change (or a link)?

I believe everything is setup as it should be, but maybe I over looked something.

Or does this have to be done through the console itself (I don't have one yet).
