Susspended coms for calling a friend a frog

lol so 2 nights ago me and a friend were on black ops 3 zombies he decided to steal my void bow whilst in party chat we had a heated debate over who would win in a fight the he insisted my mother was a frog so i then messaged him calling him a french frog
then i decided to check my messages to witch he said he **** my mother witch he has so im not mad about that its just a **** joke that all you need to say is the word frog and now im waiting for my copy and paste message from xbox.enforcment and to make matters
seem worst then they are when you do get coms ban they put all these bad words in like bullying harasment links to noturious orginizations and people well that about sums it up you if there was a way if anyone can tell me i would link the convosation we had
because its just proves that no humans work there and if they do they get a kick out of banning and susspending people

I don’t think I should be susspended because I have learnedly my lesson and I will never get mad at someone and turn ignorant into a argument I have learned my lesson and I would apologize to The person I hert I want to play with my friends. Thank you.

You will need to log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the ban is eligible. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home

That is the only place there is any information about bans/suspensions.
