Suspicious activity on my Xbox account?

Hey all. Been a while since I posted so forgive me if this is in the wrong place.

So over the past couple years, my account has occasionally been doing odd things. For one, I'm constantly getting emails about having to change my password as others may be accessing my account. This has been happening over the last couple years.

Lately though, I'm getting achievements unlocked for the Xbox 360 - games I have either never played or played months/years ago. For instance, last night I somehow unlocked achievements for Call of Duty 4. I haven't even played it! Same goes for Assassins
Creed II.

I also have games coming up on my "Ready to Install" list that I've never purchased. These aren't big games, mostly arcade games for the 360.

And that's another issue I'm having. Random 0g achievement games popping up and then disappearing again - again, games I've never played.

I was wondering what I should do? I've contacted Xbox over the years and the only thing they can/have done is for me to change my email and/or password.

Has anybody had this happen to them?

Debating whether to abandon the account and start anew? Maybe this will fix the problem?

EDIT: Just had another odd thing which I don't know if related, but I just got a message from Xbox Live that simply says "Xbox 360 Dashboard" - and I've not had it on (both the 360 and XB1)

Draft im not being a a$$ but you cant speak for everyone. I have warned everyone about lag switchers, cheaters, hackers and yet you defend ms and blame our network. Sounds like you are a rep for MS. OP is right. He has proof and what you say is your word.
I have quit several games to play online due to this and you are wrong about PSN. I have actually found that they have less than MS. Tell me why those cheaters that started on COD WAW is STILL PLAYING. Maybe some1 not doing their job or they know someone on
the team. If its against the agreement not to name and shame on fourms then they need to train their staff better or fire them.

The message was sent out by mistake.It's to do with the preview program,quite a few people have got one.

Did you sell a xbox 360 sometime in the past with your account still on it?

Nope. I've always had this xbox 360. I've sold a xbox one once, but factory reset it so it was completely wiped.
