    Suspicious activity on my daughters account


    Hi,

    i really hope someone can help. My daughter recieved a message on her account a few days around suspicious on her account. We have tried verifying numerous times however this fails. The issue she has is she has a new mobile, as such the number is incorrect
    so she cant have the code sent to her phone. We do get it sent to her email and gave entered it , we have provided last emails sent from her email address including subject headings, her gamer tag and xbox id from the settings part on her xbox. We have a feeling
    she entered her birthday wrong when she created it but we are not. We seem to be going around in circles as cant verify even though we have filled virtually everything in correvtly except birthday. All we want to do is speak to a live support person to see
    if they can help. She is current,y in tears and i feel sort of useless ( i am her dad ). Can anyone offer some advice how we can make some progress. Thanks dave
