Suspesions and bans

My account had been suspended for 2 weeks, now I'm told I still cant communicate with my friends until October, can you provide me proof of what I have done, as date of accusation I was in Germany, brothers friend used console, but of course you cant speak
to decision makers , wasting my money on xbox communication is poor, support hands are tied, Rubbish

It. Can takes months to weeks before an suspension is issued due to it going thru multiple teams so for all you knoe they were investigating long before your trip

when I went to case review, to resubmit it has a breakdown of the violation and date and time

No it doesn't it takes about 24 hours. Weeks to months would be a terrible turn over rate for any reprimand. Because not only would no one be able to remember for the case review, but that enforcement time would grow longer and longer.
