As Smwutches already gave you the website to get more information about the suspension: be aware that suspensions are issued by real life humans from the Enforcement team. From the time something was reported to the actual suspension, it can be several days,
as the Enforcement Team has to work through thousands of reports daily, and also has to check the report affecting your son for validity.

So whatever your son did, might have happened days ago.

Also keep in mind, that your son can also send messages through a smartphone app or from the Xbox website, without having to use the console. So maybe he wrote a message while you weren't around.

    Hey there, judd83miguel

Sorry to read about your son and do hope they are able to find a cure for Arthrogrypoiso.

... I don't know what to doabout the girls sending him bad pictures I can't stop them I have tried to stop them and they just laugh at me ...
In addition to Smwutches post. If you are finding that folk are breaking the Code of Conduct, please report the players using the report feature. This support article explains how to report players on Xbox: How to report a player | Xbox Support

You could limit who your son speaks to, also, via family settings. You could limit it to those who he is following can communicate with him (although, this is up to you). More information about family settings can be found here: Gaming for the whole family | Xbox Support

There is a section dedicated to family safety here: Family & online safety | Xbox Support

Unfortunately, this is all we can do to help as we have no insight into bans/suspensions. This is left to the Xbox Enforcement team. Hope this information helps.

    Nathan
