how is it rite when microsoft views a msg reported from a person but the drones that claim to be people can’t read back a msg or two, and see guy or person swearing at me but yet i say “fag” two week suspension, micro soft is f up and need to get your crap
together, you guys are a joke

It doesn't matter how the situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. Most likely the other person will also get suspended.

 

They don't decide on the conversation. Your message violated the Code of Conduct, and has been reported.

If it's any consolation: If you reported the previous message, the other person will also get a suspension. But ONLY if you actually reported the person.

So for the future: If someone taunts or harasses you, simply report that message.

NEVER EVER retaliate and fight back for yourself, since then you give the other person a message that they can report.

If you don't reply, and simply report them, you hurt them in two ways:

Firstly, they are the ones getting suspended.

And secondly: They don't get the satisfaction of having enticed a reaction from you. There is nothing worse for a troll than being ignored. No insult you write back can ever make him more angry than simply ignoring him. Also, without an reply, they can't
report you.

 

Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so your perception of the enforcement team is wrong
