    Hi,

    My son 13 has recieved a suspension on the xbox.

    I don't understand why, and can see no way to appeal or ask for more info.

    Tried the chat bot, wasn't helpfull at all.

    Can anyone help please?

    I don't want him to keep getting suspensions for something he can easily change

    Hi what did the suspention say and was there anyone else on your xbox before the suspention

    Also we cannot handle bans please make check your eligibility for an appeal and if you are eligible submit a appeal at enforcement.xbox.com.
