Suspention for language

Sooo where to begin. I just received a eight day suspension from xbox live for sending a message to someone that contained the dreaded (Mod Removed), Profanity. A few things make this funny, and frustrating. First the story. While playing conquest of
bf4 i hop in a non-occupied vehicle and drive away. I soon die randomly and then get kicked from the server. An admin said i stole "his" vehicle. I sent a message saying he was a salty (Mod Removed). Hours later i'm suspended.

1. Battlefield 4 it's a "MATURE" rated game, that states on the case back "contains language".

2. It was an admin from a "Military veteran" server who first, team killed me, then server banned me.

3. Real veterans and active military speak with more profanity than anyone on the planet.....yes i was in the army

4. Is this not a violation of the 1st amendment, reserving the right to free speech? I never threatened violence or harm in any way, if i want to swear and call you a (Mod Removed) its my "RIGHT " to do so. I don't understand how a company's so called code
of conduct can supersede the constitution.

Sad when this younger generation gets so offended by words, pictures, and ideas, and the people in power cater to these sensitive types to the point of enacting policy that facilitates there soft , weak minded selves.

When you make your account you agree to the CoC. It is like a contract at work. You have to follow those rules or get in trouble.

Freedom of speech does not stop you from getting fired because you screamed the F word at someone.

Games might be M but Live and the message system is a place for everyone. Anything that goes on it needs to be E for everyone.

You agreed to these rules.

I am not the "Younger "generation and do not want people sending nasty messages to me.

To add calling someone "Salty" would not get you banned unless it was after a long chain of abuse. Every report is reviewed by a real person.
