    My son has recieved a suspension. In the details all i have is the word "Cocane"! He is 9 years old and doesnt have any idea what that even is. I think this is a wrong doing and i have no option to appeal this or any other information.

    Ive rang and got nowhere with it!

    I watch his account like a hawk! Probably over protcetive of me. But like to know he is safe!

    Doea anyone know if i can appel after the suspention is over as this is what i got told on the phone?

    He has a strike on his account for nothing!!!

    No. It's only possible to submit an appeal while a suspension is active.

    Hi what did the suspention say and was there anyone else on your xbox before the suspention

    Also we cannot handle bans please make check your eligibility for an appeal and if you are eligible submit a appeal at enforcement.xbox.com.

    Hello I am long time xbox user I was permenemly suspended and when I went to appeal I was admittedly declined for appeal and now couple years after that to this day i feel as my ban was unjustified andcwondering if ther was any way to appeal my suspention
