    Bonjour j’écris ce post car je n'arrive a contacter personne pour m'aider.

    Voila la situation hier avec des amis sur une partie overwatch compétitive nous nous faisons bloquer par un joueur alliée qui as un comportement anti-sportif, de par ces actions la partie est perdu, je lui envoie alors un message en anglais lui demandant
    pourquoi avoir fait ce qu'il a fait et il me répond : "you guys are awful" je lui répond donc "ok you are cancer go out" et la il rigole me disant que je suis toxic et que je vais être banni.

    Ma question est donc comment une personne qui est déj signaler comme comportement négatif peut bannir d'autre joueur, sachant que je n'ai en aucun cas insulter cette personne. De quel droit un joueur qui as des contact chez microsoft peut bannir ceux qui
    lui chante ? Son gamertag : Hanzo is a tank

    Je pense que c'est un bannissement exagéré contrairement au propos de ce joueur, et je pense sincèrement qu'il y as un abus d'autorité.

    I try to contact support xbox, he reirecting to you, and the enforcement team dosent have button for call or request check my suspension... is tyring, I don't have insult this player... but he insult me and my friends, and i'm ban...it was the last weekend
    i could play, after i go army, thanks you enforcement team and thanks you "Hanzo the tank" for last moment whit my friends.... Revisit your banishment, beacause for me in this case is not legitimate. I thinks i stop play xbox, so problem in the community

    Hello I am writing this post because I can not contact anyone to help me.

    Here is the situation yesterday with friends on a competitive overwatch party we are blocked by an allied player who has an anti-sporting behavior, by these actions the game is lost, I then send him a message asking him why he did that and he writte: "you guys are awful" I reply so "ok you are cancer go out" and laughs me telling me that I am toxic and that I will be banned.

    So my question is how a person who is already reporting as negative behavior can ban other player, knowing that I have in no way insulted that person. By what right a player who has contact with microsoft can banish those who sings to him? His gamertag: Hanzo is a tank

    I think it's an exaggerated ban, and I think there's an abuse of power.

    I am sorry the Xbox Enforcement Team does not review forum posts you would need to apply for a case review over at

    Enforcement.xbox.com

    Sign in, Click on the Hammer on the Left and Apply for a Review should be on the right.

    Be sure to review the Code of Conduct before applying

    Xbox.com/en-gb/legal/codeofconduct

    If the suspention is only for 24 hours applying for a Case Review will not be available.

    As for your suspention the Xbox Enforcment Team reviews every report and takes a Zero Tolerance approach to any abuse in Messages.
