Hello Xbox, so here is some time ago my account had been ban, while I knew not even, enfaitite there is an ex friend that had my account on his Xbox. It's confusing for nothing, it tells me your account I'll make it jump I say and how it says to me you will

here for info on your ban & file for a case review if eligible.

If the ban was issued longer than 12 months ago you wont be able to file for a case review.

you are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.
