hi, I contact you in order to find a solution to my concern I am temporarily banned from your service while in this period I did use the xbox console please check my account immediately and keep me up to date on what I can do to
reduce or cancel this suspenssion

Retaliation will always get you suspended. In the future don't do that, just block the person.

You can go to the enforcement site
here for info on your ban & file for a case review if eligible.

If the ban was issued longer than 12 months ago you wont be able to file for a case review.

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one.
