Suspensions ?

My son has been suspended from microsoft live for 7 days and he doesnt know why. I have logged into my parent account to find information and there is a general distription only, no real detail like a transcript of any conversation recorded. I was hoping
for details so i can discuss it with him. I assume that MS check facts before suspending accounts and does act on hear say so i expect to see so form of evidence. If he has broken the rules I want to discuss it with him. But I can not find a way to contact
enforement, before i contact them i have to complete a question on their t&cs like a naugthy school boy.....i have zero interest in this not being a gamer and having zero desire to learn about gaming i just want to understand what he has done. As a parent
this feel resonable and would be considered reasonable in every other aspect of live accept here it seems. Can i find out what he has done without sitting an exam? An exam i cant pass because i havent studied for it.. It feel like Microsoft don’t want me to
contact them as it feels virtually impossible to reach out ! Is there a old fashioned email address to use please?

Meaningless Suspension

Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you failed the questionnaire, you can retake it after 24 hours. You'll want to read over the code of conduct before retaking it.

Hello, you will need to submit a case review for more information & reason for your suspension to the xbox enforcement team. Unfortunatley Xbox support cannot help you with enforcement actions. Once a suspension is given it is almost impossible to get it
lifted. When it comes to violating the code of conduct which very possible is the case. Xbox has a zero tolerance for such behavior. Thank you & Sorry for the inconvenience

If you haven't received an email notification for the enforcement action you need to do this

Please perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps:

Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

Remove the account from the console

Restart your Xbox One console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button  on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Download the account again to the console

here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

Your 2nd suspension would be for a separate offence that happened before you were issued your first suspension.

You only serve one suspension at a time however if they find something else that violates the terms of a use while are investigating the previous report that's when as daft mentioned when they add another which queues after the previous one finishes

Best bet be human and you can join the rest of 99.9% of live and be suspension free

Yes, you only get one chance for a case review. If the enforcement team upholds their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

There have been cases where the enforcement team have overturned bans, but they're only overturned if the enforcement team determines they made a mistake when issuing the suspension/ban.
