Suspensions that don’t make sense

I’ve been suspended in the past for abusive language and I’ll admit to that but it’s crappy as hell when I haven’t had a mic in five months and rarely message people to be put on suspension. I’ve been suspended for 7 days for apparently making misogynistic
slurs and abusive remarks towards people. I filed a case review because I Wanted the specific reason why I’m suspended and they messaged me back that after a “rigorous investigation” their decision was going to be upheld. Y’all didn’t even review my case.
I don’t need this crap on my enforcement history. If y’all are gonna suspend me for dumb crap like that then you might as well suspend everyone on xbox. Y’all have never been helpful. Bunch of crap ass liberals.

Trying not to. It's a nice looking game, that's great, but does it actually offer anything worthwhile? Are you going to be playing it for months to come?

 

Information posted here is typically replied to by other knowledgeable Xbox users. So, if you're requesting support, you'll need to contact Xbox Support directly.

However, Xbox Support has nothing to do with and can't do anything about suspensions or bans on accounts.

The only ones that can place a ban on the account is someone from the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team.

The Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team has the ability to review exactly what was said. They never will provide you with the exact statement with what was stated by you.

Here's some info you can review if you want. I understand you want to vent but I just wanted to explain that there's no one from the Enforcement Team that views the posts on the forums.

1) For account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at
https://enforcement.xbox.com

2) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned.

3) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

4) Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

- "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation."

5) A suspension or ban on the account is imposed when there has been a violation of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use.

- Note: If the violation was significant, the account may face consecutive suspensions and the device could be suspended as well.

6) It's your account and you're responsible for it. If you let a friend use your account and they violate they Code of Conduct or Terms of Use with your account, then it's your account that will be penalized.

- You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

- Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review.

8) If someone is making offensive remarks to you, do not reply back to them. Report and block them.

- If you're in a party chat and offensive remarks are being made. Your account may receive a suspension just for being in that party if the party is reported.
