Suspensions Reset?

So I have now been suspended twice. I have been told that three times and it is over for my account. Is that true? Or does that three strike system reset yearly? I am sure that many other people are worried about a permanent ban and they and I would like
to know how lightly we have to tread online. So if you have an answer let us know so that the public and I should know whether or not to worry.

Meaningless Suspension

Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

There's no set number of times you can be suspended before being permanently banned. It could happen the first time you're caught or 10th time. It all depends on the severity of the situation and how many enforcement actions you've had. Suspensions never
reset.

If there was a date then it was only a temporary suspension, not permanent. The information about your suspension shares information about temporary and permanent suspension impact by default. You can no longer submit a case review because the suspension
is over. If you're still having issues communicating, try hard resetting your console.

I have done the hard reset and it didn't work, and I checked the enforcement page already and it didn't list any new suspensions or anything of the sort, only past suspensions.
